Computer hanging problem troubleshooting कंप्यूटर हैंग होना

कंप्यूटर हैंग होना बहुत ही आम समस्या है। कंप्यूटर अचानक चलते चलते रुक जाता है। या फिर विंडोज लोडिंग के शुरुवात में रुक जाता है। कंप्यूटर के हैंग होने के कई कारण हो सकते हैं। आपको यह पता करना होगा कि कंप्यूटर के हैंग होने का प्रमुख्य कारण क्या हैं। यह जरुरी नहीं है की कंप्यूटर हैंग हो तो कंप्यूटर हार्डवेयर में कोई समस्या है। हो सकता है सॉफ्टवेयर या किसी एप्लीकेशन के कारण , हार्ड डिस्क में स्पेस के कम होने से कंप्यूटर स्लो चल रहा हो और हैंग कर रहा हो।

कंप्यूटर हैंग के निम्नलिखित कारण हो सकते है।

कंप्यूटर में वायरस का होना

वायरस होने पर कंप्यूटर बायोस में तो हैंग नहीं होगा लेकिन विंडोज स्टार्टअप के दोरान या फिर विंडोज के पूरी तरह से खुलने के बाद हैंग होगा। किसी फाइल को ओपन करने पर कंप्यूटर हैंग हो या फिर कंप्यूटर काफी धीरे से काम करे तो इसका मतलब हैं। कि कंप्यूटर में वायरस है उसके लिए आप कोई भी अच्छा एंटी वायरस से पुरे कंप्यूटर को स्कैन करे।

हार्ड डिस्क ड्राइव में यदि बेड सेक्टर हैं।

तब भी कंप्यूटर में हैंगिंग कि समस्या हो सकती हैं। लेकिन यह कैसे पता चलेगा कि हार्ड डिस्क में बेड सेक्टर हैं। यदि कंप्यूटर चलते चलते हैंग होने लगे या फिर या अचानक कंप्यूटर हैंग हो कर ब्लू स्क्रीन एरर दे या रीस्टार्ट हो तो हार्ड डिस्क मे बेड सेक्टर हो सकते हैं

इसके लिए आप दूसरी हार्ड डिस्क लगा कर देखे।

यदि रैम  खराब है  तो भी कंप्यूटर हैंग  हो सकता हैं। रैम  खराबी के कारण   स्क्रीन  पर कलर फुल लाइन आना या स्क्रीन के पिक्सेल का खराब होना, जैसे समस्या होती है।
और बार बार ऑपरेटिंग सॉफ्टवेयर  का कर्रप्ट  होना सब रैम और हार्ड डिस्क  कि खराबी से होते हैं आप इसके लिए रैम  को बदल कर देखे।
यदि एसएमपीएस  ख़राब है  तो भी आपका कंप्यूटर हैंग  करेगा बहुत से पावर सप्लाई  सही पॉवर न देने कि वजह से कंप्यूटर हैंग होने लगते हैं

कंप्यूटर का प्रोसेसर यदि ज्यादा गरम हो रहा है

यदि कंप्यूटर हैंग हो रहा है या बार बार रीस्टार्ट हो रहा है तो आप सीपीयू फैन को चेक करे कि वो सही से काम कर रहा है कि नहीं यदि सीपीयू का पंखा नहीं चल रहा है या ढीला है तो उसको अच्छी तरह से टाइट करे यदि फिर भी सीपीयू ओवरहीट कर रहा हैं। तो दूसरा प्रोसेसर लगाये सीपीयू बदलने के बाद भी अगर आपका प्रोसेसर ज्यादा गरम हो रहा हैं तो फिर आपके मदर बोर्ड के पावर सेक्शन में प्रॉब्लम है। मदर बोर्ड को रिपेयर करे या फिर दूसरा मदर बोर्ड लगाये

मदरबोर्ड की खराबी से भी कंप्यूटर हैंग करते है। उसके लिए मदरबोर्ड को अच्छे से चेक करे।
